This has been the absolute best experience I've had with any storage unit I've rented. The facilities are clean and well kept; the staff are helpful and always quick to answer questions. The security is adequate and the access hours reasonable. I recently built my own storage shed for my things and Judy was just as helpful and pleasant with helping me end my contract as she was when I signed up years ago. Now that is service! A+++

The staff is so nice! My card wouldn’t work so I had to go in a day after my payment was do but they were understanding and we got it paid. They were also very excited to hear I was signing the lease to my first ever apartment! It felt like I was talking to family.
Culpeper Self Storage lives up to its reviews. Greta was so helpful in determining which sized units I needed. The facility is beautifully maintained. I was new to the area but am very much looking forward to living here if Greta and her staff are any indication of the general populace! They are professional yet fun and very personable. I highly recommend them and if I have storage needs in the future will definitely be a return customer.
The best thing about this place is the elevator to put your stuff on to go down if you get a controlled temp unit. The staff are extremely nice. The gate(which you have to enter a code to even get into) is also a great addition as it gives more of a piece of mind, knowing who's coming and going. I also like the deal they were running. The only thing I don't like is you're not able to go to your unit after 9pm, which I didn't realize was a thing. 👉UPDATE: I am very disappointed as I've bee n here for months, almost a year!! ... read more
