2nd year resident here with a 2/2. Good for the location and amenities, (car wash area was a plus). LOVE having a fireplace & raised ceiling in living room and a patio with storage. Units are eh..slightly dated, moreso in the bathrooms, but the kitchens are decent depending if you pick a black or stainless steel appliances unit. Maintainance guys are great. I have had the worst move in experience of my entire life with this apartment complex. Let’s begin my guarantor live in New York six hours away from Virginia and we weren’t notified until the day before moving in that he had to get the lease notarized. So my guarantor had to spend $166 to overnight me a lease and have it notarized with less than 24 hour notice. This ultimately delayed my move in mind you was on my day off. I have been living here almost 3 years and it’s the best apartment ever! It definitely feels like home. From the prompt friendly staff to the amazing maintenance team. They strive to make all the residents happy and feel heard. Not to mention the beauty of the grounds! Shout out to Ashley and Shannon yall rock!!!
