Let me start by stating the the flowers, the presentation, and delivery were impeccable. I will add that the delivery person helped me restrain my puppy that ran out the door while my hands were full with two stunning flower bouquets in their vases. The failure lies somewhere in the communication either via the Internet settings or operator error. My email receipt even warned me that one of my orders was for a month out of the current month, our anniversary. My other order was supposed to arrive next week for my wife’s birth... read more
