Although the care I received was wonderful, I am extremely displeased with the lack of communication with the billing/accounting department after multiple attempts to settle my account. Despite multiple requests for an itemized statement of charges and payments applied, I never received the requested information. I will not return to this practice.
Dr. Cullom did my LASIK procedure and it went amazing I am now 2 weeks out I have 20/20 vision and doing great. I was very nervous going in but Dr. Cullom and his staff answered all of my questions and concerns. This place changed my life so happy I had the surgery! Also you will have a long wait time because this place is the best.
Dr.Farrah was amazing!! I now have 20/15 vision and could not be more happier. The staff is very professional,and courteous.I highly recommend Cullom eye & Laser center to anyone..

I really enjoyed my Lasik experience. The staff kept me calm and Dr. Cullom really helped stay at ease during the procedure by talking me through everything he was doing.
