Says it smoke free. Which it is not. You see cigarette butt's everywhere and secondhand smoke it's bad we hen you cab smell it in your apartment.Parking is ridiculous if you live in the last building you have to park all the way down in front of building 3. Wait you may get blocked too. The numbers are wrong on all the sides of the building. The property manager hides in the office which is not professional and maintenance guy good luck getting any of your work orders fixed. Oh what about the road the road collapse. I moved out a couple months ago due to a combination of something that happened with me with losing my job that was paying my rent, but also not helping (hours varied)... So that whole situation was complicated and I can't just blame them. But now I'm still waiting 2 1/2 months later from my security deposit refund that the WODA group the apartments work through were supposed to call me about and discuss alternative method to sending the check or pick up (I was going to try to get them to send it with tracking). Tired of waiting for things to be fixed. Maintenance never does anything. I'm just gonna make some calls to the state since I guess that will be the only way to get things done. Property is ok, but NOTHING gets fixed. And yes my rent is always paid on time.

I have asked that my smoke detects be replace 1st time u asked was may and I still don't have 2 of my detects replaced yet I have been wrote up for them and it wasn't because of me it's the kind you have to get a new detects and I ask again in September and that's when they wrote me up and said I didn't tell them about it but I have others here that knows I asked back in May if you can I have other things to report as well get with me thank you so much
