Finally I have found a GP I can call our own. Five stars!!
We stopped in today after a family outing to CWAC, my son's finger was swollen and red and since our infant daughter had been experiencing restlessness, coughing and symptoms of an ear infection. The ladies behind the check-in desk we're so sweet and helpful, they even overlooked the fact that my shoe had broken and I was barefoot. Service was fast and very friendly, we will definitely be using this as an option over the ER when able. Thank you all for being so sweet and welcoming.
I think that it is a great group of people the staff is always been a lifesaver to me that got me well if everything I went up there for and I appreciate every one of them so much
If the door says your open until 6 then be open until 6 !!! We get you want to go home and blah blah blah but it’s cold and flu season we all make sacrifices! People need medicine and help and a lot of people don’t get off until 5 or later! It shouldn’t be ok to lock the door on people at 5:45 !
Great experience. Wait time was long but that’s to be expected during flu season. Staff was very friendly. They listened and did the appropriate tests to diagnose my daughter. I would go again.
It’s a good place to go get the help you need. The only drawback is they get very busy so your wait could be long. Even with that I still give them a 5 star rating. It is really no worse or better than a ER.
