They will promise to do the work, and tell you it is guaranteed. It is not. They did half the work they said was done. How I found out. My roof started leaking 6 months later and come to find out they didn't even replace half the roof that was rotted. They just covered it up. Looks good on the outside, but better watch the job all the way or they will skip whenever they can, than say well you can't prove it was us. Omg I only hired one company to do the roof.
