I spent the morning here, and let me say, the staff and nurse practitioner were amazing! They were super busy, but only had one nurse practitioner on! While waiting, my son, who is a diabetic, had a low blood sugar, and the staff immediately brought him something to address it. They apologized multiple times for the wait, and thanked me profusely for my patience, but Jenna and her staff made it as painless as possible. Thank you!
Arrived on a Sunday afternoon with what I thought for sure was RSV because I had been exposed for several days. Sore throat chilled, coughing and congestion. Nice group of folks. Nurse Sam and her group were great. Sam was very professional, competent and a delight to talk too. Did the swabs and all were negative. Viral infection. In and out in about an hour. THANKS !
We had a fantastic experience at this urgent care on a Saturday evening when my wife had an allergic reaction to a bee sting. The front desk staff got us checked in and back to a room immediately. The nurse practitioner and assisting nurses were incredibly attentive, calm, and efficient — they had everything under control within minutes. We’re so grateful for their quick action, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend this team!

My husband and I went it presenting with upper respiratory infections. They are currently rampant at my job. We were there 2.5 hours for them to do a 15 minute covid test. That was negative. They called us in something we could get OTC. That's it. I've been dealing with this crud a week and it's no better. They come in well after we had been there 2 hours and basically said oops it got crazy sorry for your wait. We get to the parking lot and the same amount of cars that were there when we got there.
