I used to come here with any urgent care need but after this week I will never be back. Earlier this week I came in with an excruciating headache with dizziness, body aches, throat pain, and ear pain. After strep/flu/covid came back negative the doctor wouldn't even give me as much as a steroid shot and literally just told me to take a zyrtec about it. I went to this Urgent Care on Sunday afternoon with my Dad And I love this place , the medical Staff is so friendly , Patient and Extremely kind , the place is decorated so nice and organized ! , I also like how this building is surrounded by gorgeous Green trees and nature outside , compared to other Urgent Care Hospitals i definitely love that this place is Quiet and not loud , the lights Dimmed in the lobby is awesome Because these might not mean the world to others But I have High functioning Autistic so sometimes Lights... read more
I always leave feeling like they truly care about me here!
Came in because me and my wife have had cold symptoms for a month and then when they took my wife's blood pressure it was very high and then came back 10 minutes later and told her they think she could have a stroke and refused to treat her for the cold symptoms. She said that news stressed her out more and had they waited longer and took it before that news she felt like it would have been better. Got sent home with 101 fever. Was told to take Tylenol and ibuprofen didn't tell me what I had because if it does not pop up on a Cov-ed, Flue or strep we do not know how to diagnose it, people been dying from a fever I see why now!
