Terrible experience. Lady behind the counter was annoyed that my sick daughter came in a hour and a half before closing time. A lazy group that doesn’t care about patients. Just looking to draw a paycheck.
Wait times are awful! Nurse went way too far with nose swab, but the Nurse Practitioner was good
This place is a joke. Called and was told they could see our son if we got there by 4:30. Drove 28 miles and busted it to get there by 4:30. Walk in and was told they couldn’t see him they had patients there since 2pm. Why didn’t you say that when we called at 4pm? Pathetic! These clowns probably would’ve diagnosed with him something he didn’t have anyway! Typical Cullman. Go to Bham or Huntsville!
Visiting from out of state, very pleased with my untimely need for urgent care visit. Great experience with checking in, amazing nursing staff, and great care from the physician. Thank you!
