My Dad was turned away and more than likely has the flu. The doctor lives in Bham and isn't seeing anymore patients today. This has always been the urgent care we've used. Well, that ends today!!! And anyone I can discourage from going there as well, I will do my best.
Do not waste your time or money here! Just go ahead and go to a different urgent care because you will end up having to do it anyway! The doctor here (don't even know his name because he never told us) literally offers no help. My kids were sick. Sore throat, coughing, sneezing, headache. They had been exposed to strep. He came in the room and said strep is negative. Hope your day gets better and was done. He did not treat any of their symptoms. No medicine at all. Took my nephew there today 3/28/2016, wasn't real pleased with the Dr. First of all he did not introduce himself to us, second of all HE did to call the meds in to the pharmacy like HE said he would. Worst experience I've ever had at that Urgent Care. Will not use them again.
