Anita is fabulous!!! She has created the perfect atmosphere for a health club. OHC is clean, comprehensive, and unintimidating. Everyone there is friendly, yet they mind there own business. OHC is not a "meat market". Anita personally trains dozens of people, assisting us with developing a healthy diet and exercise regimen. OHC is my all-time favorite.
Love Anita and the facility! Great location and atmosphere! Spinning is my favorite! :)
