I have been coming here for many years. Love my physician, as well as my father’s that I come along with for his appointments. No complaints there. Since switching to CRMC we are basically harassed with bills that we don’t even owe. Sending mail. Once we call the hospital they can’t even tell us the right amount. Very frustrating and gets my father upset thinking he owes bills and it’s so upsetting that we have to wait on the phone so long for them to not even know. This place sucks they are very rude here. I loved the old staff it’s doesn’t even have the same atmosphere. Everything is a hassle now. Why couldn’t they leave this doctors office alone
This place has gone to hell since it was bought out. I waited 2 hours to see a doctor. Finally had to just get up and leave. They were suppose to send a refferal 3 weeks ago. I called after a week. They said they sent it but never received by a specialist. Today I've been calling their office all morning. No one answers the phone. I think all their old help left and now no one knows what their doing. That's my experience April 2024.
