They sent me someone else info and when i called back about it the receptionist had such a nast attitude about it
Had my Jeep Cherokee repaired there. Paid with my CITI card. The insurance was covering the majority of the repair. I was to pay $500 of a $1684 repair. They charged my Citi Card $1684 and then charge the $500 on top of that - which put my card at maxed out. They said that they credited the $1684 back to the card, but 3 days later....I'm still maxed out and unable to use my card. I call Jeep. They tell me that the credit is showing and that I need to call Citi. So, I call Citi, and per the very polite customer service person... read more

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. The cashier did charge the $1684.00 in error but then credited back that amount the same day and recharged the correct amount. Our credit card processing company shows the credit was processed the same day so we don't know where the delay happened.
