Mike came with a trainee and they were both very professional, helpful, kind, and safe. They wore masks and booties, and went above and beyond to make us fee comfortable. I’ve been a Cullins plan member for 12+ years. They’re transparent with their fees and hire incredible people. We are witness to their training program and how they bring technicians for ride alongs before venturing on their own. It works for them and its worked for us. Jean and Mike have been to our house most frequently and they are top notch. Bob is also very responsive and engaging.
