Got wedding band from here. It was bit tight, took it there to resize or expand it. Left it for a week. It was a free service. Showed up on the day of pick up. The guy behind counter realized he didn’t do the job yet. Asked me to wait few minutes. Tried to expand the ring last minute. Tried the ring it was still warm to touch. It cooled later on the size was still small. Next time accept your mistake and do a better job. I can’t expand the ring because I lost that ring coz I can’t wear that ring, too tight.
