Travis came to our house as a follow up for our new system to check it out and set us up for maintenance and salt fill ups. We don’t have to do a thing. They do it all for $25.00 a month maintenance fee. He was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. Very happy with his service call . We would recommend this service to our friends and family!
I was skeptical about spending more money on culligan water when you can go to the store and buy it. Mary taught me all about the problems with normal bottle water and what is really in our city water. She convinced me to use Culligan water for my baby's bottles because it is better for my baby. I wouldn't chose any other place to buy my water.
Rick Provancal has been so wonderful to work with, he took the time to explain all our options in detail giving us the best knowledge along with explaining our water test and guided us what to do to improve it without making us feel pressured. I have to say we are LOVING our new softener system and reverse osmosis system along with the money we are saving now since we no longer have to buy cases of water!
