Justin came out to service our water softer this morning he did a great job and fast.
Water delivery has been smooth, no issues there yet, The Sarah lady could use some communication skills training, she is not pleasant!
I bought a water cooler for drinking water a year ago along with a water softener and carbon filter . The water cooler stopped working already, and basically, the response I got was that those really dont have a warranty for 300 bucks it's stopped working in a year, and nothing we never even turned the hot water on just used cold water now we just get roo. He knew exactly what I needed and installed my softener for me. The old, broken one was hauled away and he left everything neat and tidy. My dishes are now glistening, my hair shines, and my skin is soft. Thank you, thank you!!
