I bought a water cooler for drinking water a year ago along with a water softener and carbon filter . The water cooler stopped working already, and basically, the response I got was that those really dont have a warranty for 300 bucks it's stopped working in a year, and nothing we never even turned the hot water on just used cold water now we just get roo. He knew exactly what I needed and installed my softener for me. The old, broken one was hauled away and he left everything neat and tidy.
