Culligan has consistently provided us with services for years, and they are always professional. It's rare to find this level of customer service today.
Our RO system is such a game changer! We are huge water snobs and when Eagle Mountain's water started to taste worse and worse, we decided to ditch the faucet filter and go with RO through Culligan. Boy does it taste good! We paid the initial install fee and a rental fee for the cooler. This has been extremely valuable. Now that we've had it a couple years, the rental fee covers all cost of any equipment issues, which we've had only once and RO filter changes every year. My sales rep, Nick, was professional, on time and knowledgeable. After our presentation and before we became a customer, I received a call from Culligan's customer service team asking how our presentation was received. I also received an email from Nick's manager asking if everything went well. Once we made the purchase, our installer was also on time, professional, and met every expectation. So far so good. We are very happy.
