I had requested several maintenance calls over a several month period due to smell and dark water. I was repeatedly told "there was no smell" and maybe I "had a leak in my house somewhere", or "the tanks are good maybe its your well" A variety of explanations but never that I needed carbon rebedding. Had them come out to fix unit under sink. They came out 3 times and never fixed it. Said I needed. A pressure value They for got to order. When it came in they wanted to charge me another service call and part. I understand part not service call since they never fixed from the start.Came to the reality they don't care

We have been dealing with poor water quality for more than twenty years! Even after “punching” a new well, the iron was still getting through, along with sulfur! So, on a referral from a friend we met with Ginny from Culligan of Port St. Lucie. She really knows her product! Quite impressive! She tested our water and was surprised at how good our well actually was. She was confident their system would handle our water just fine. So we purchased.
