I called Culligan Water (CW) because of my 5-6 yr old NON-culligan, non-functioning water softeners' salt bin was blocked because of a salt-bridge. They said that they could service the product and tech Shane showed up at the appointed time. Since his business was close by, he took the bin , high-pressured the old salt out and returned in about 35-40 minutes. The bin looked brand new.
