Not at all happy with the installation process. Been waiting for a week to be installed. They denied my credit when although I know my credit is not the greatest, but there is nothing recently delinquent and it is not "no score" like they said. Possibly because I recently was married and changed my name. Regardless, we lost three days there..while we changed the unit into my husbands name.
