I needed a good technician to come and explain my water system to me. Nixon Escobar was just that technician. He patiently explained how the system worked and very helpful at answering all my questions. I would highly recommend him to others who are needing to know how their system works. We have had a really bad install experience. It started the week prior. We worked with our salesman because we wanted our system in the garage. The day the installers come out the guy very rudely says “I can tell you we aren’t putting your system in this garage”. After going back and forth with customer service and him with his boss it finally was settled. On a side note as it was happening we also tried our sales rep who didn’t respond until wayyy later. Nixon is very knowledgeable about Culligan water systems he is just come back out to do a service check again I like Nixon because he answers your questions without hesitation and distorting the truth this is why he's the technician that I prefer to have at my place. He had to school me on my reverse osmosis under the sink there was a lot of things that were explained to me that I didn't know or understand He's a good man
