UPDATE: I'm changing my review. I paid $1700 to have the RO system installed and now that we are at the one year mark (filter change recommended at one year) they want almost $600 to change the filters. What a rip off, I'm having the system removed and a RO system installed from home depot for a fraction of the cost. Not once did culligan say a word about filter replacement costs. I'm done...Jerry Gaston and Doug Spivey are awesome to work with and very helpful
