Everyone I met from Culligan was very friendly and professional. The sales manager (Jeff King) came out originally just to test my creek water to ensure it was safe for kids to play in, but I also let them test my kitchen water. Being Kentucky, of course the water is hard and they’re the original inventors of the water softeners. Steven did a geat install job! He was very knowledgeable about the water softener and did an extremely neat installation. He also went through the app and showed me how to use it. I am very happy with the installation.
