Iam very happy with my Culligan water filtration system. The water quality improved immediately, and the entire process from consultation to installation was smooth and professional. The installation team was on time, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Great product and excellent service overall.
Can’t speak on anything other than customer service. The lady acted like I was speaking a foreign language, was very unfriendly and did not like me wishing her a Merry Christmas. If I had known that was offensive to you all, I would purchased a Patriot Filter. And am considering returning the big shiny can. Shop elsewhere if customer service matters to you.
I just received a bill in the amount of $1from Culligan. The amount is not the problem at all. It’s the fact, the is bill sent to me months after I had the service done on my whole house water filtration system. The charge is for paper processing fee! After paying $600 for service, you are going to send a $1 bill in the mail and that too months after the service? What kind of company are you running?
