Ty and Gretchen in the office are amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. Both of whom have listened patiently while I complained about my dishonest and irresponsible salesman who refuses to return phone calls. I am happy with the equipment and the service/installation professionals. Especially, Charles. He is very honest and knowledgeable.
