I had a great experience with my technician Chad who came out to fix my water softener. From start to finish, he was honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the solution before moving forward. Expensive and poor service. Culligan products often use proprietary or non-standard parts, making replacement more difficult and expensive. They also don't explain to you how things work, so an easy fix becomes $130 for a visit, $30/15 min thereafter, and whatever exorbitant markup they apply on materials. The customer service is fine but other local options are much better.
