Expensive and poor service. Culligan products often use proprietary or non-standard parts, making replacement more difficult and expensive. They also don't explain to you how things work, so an easy fix becomes $130 for a visit, $30/15 min thereafter, and whatever exorbitant markup they apply on materials. The customer service is fine but other local options are much better.
Kyle Leroy and Sean. All absolutely First rate mechanics. Kyle And Leroy replaced the resin in our softeners. They contained and followed thru on all of our special requests. Sean serviced and stayed with our system until all issues were resolved and our softener has been running Great since. Thank You Guys. Thank You Culligan
