Good product , backed by very good , competent service techs .
The service staff is friendly and mostly helpful, but the rest of the staff has been rude and incompetent. After numerous issues, I've asked that they don't drive their commercial trucks in my residential driveway... Well, I've made this clear at least 7 times now and despite being reassured it won't happen again, they still drive in the driveway. They regularly deliver the wrong quantity of products and short me on returns. All of this on top of an unannounced increase of 40% to water and various fee increases. Today will b... read more
