Nate Simpson was very helpful, not pushy at all. Knowledgeable about the product I was asking about, which was a replacement R/O system.
Josh with Culligan was very informative and helpful. He knew the product and sold the value of the company. I had looked into other systems and he sold me. I also liked the 2 year same as cash offer. I also was sold on the HE system needing less salt and being able to take the system with me should I ever need to move, with culligan helping with the transfer for a small fee. I could tell the new system was working when I showered. Loving it !!
I set up my water softener purchace and installation with a call to Christina, she was nice and super helpful. Matt just did the installation and was a fine young fellow. Nice job all around! Thanks, Jeff
