Worst experience I’ve ever had.
Water here is recycled and tastes awful, But with Culligan that problem exits no longer,
Worst service... please don't use Culligan Ultrapure of Indianapolis.
Culligan damaged my property and refuses to fix it I will be filing suit against them. I’ve been a culligan customer for many years and use to refer friends and family to them after this experience I won’t recommend any one to them please beware of the work they do make sure you watch them install your system and make sure everything is connected. The insurance company came out over a month ago and I haven’t heard nothing since been calling every week to get told that somebody will be in touch soon
Don't ever use Culligan for service repairs. It is a rip off!! The instructions the salespeople provide on changing a water filter on the softener are WRONG. Then, when a customer like me, calls in to get the proper instructions, you will get rerouted to people who do not know what they are talking about. Then, they will want you to set up a service call for $144. This is just to drive to your house. Then, the technician will tell you how to do it yourself.
