I like the monitoring of my water treatment system. More importantly I love the courtesy and efficiency of the Culligan crew.
I've been with Culligan for over 13 years from the time I lived in Florida and the time I've been in Minnesota which will be 1 year. I never had any problem with the water system.

Great customer service....Great products and definitely customer oriented employees.
Several years ago we had our water softener die on us. I called Culligan because of your reputation. The gentleman that came over provided us with many options from renting to owning and we choose to own. We did choose the most expensive option, not that we have money, but that it would use a lot less salt than the cheaper models. We went from 2-3 bags of salt per month to 2-3 bags every 6 months.
