I've only had the new softener and reverse osmosis counter top spout in for 16 days but it has been a positive experience to date.
Service is very good. We are unable to handle the bags, so having them deliver and fill the container is very helpful for us.
We knew we were ready to upgrade our water system to include a reverse osmosis system after struggling for years to keep our fish tank alive. City water systems, out of necessity, need to kill lots of bacteria, but that also kills fish. What is it doing to us? We love our reverse osmosis system and love the fresh taste without the chlorine or flouride. Do your research on the health problems related to these specific chemicals.
