Personally they are great. But it seems corporate has put out a website/request site that doesn't really work. Dvpt didn't know about my Web Appointment request and now I asked for access to my account and only get a Make an appointment from the automated site.
I have always had great experiences every time I have interacted with any of the associates at Culligan of Davenport. I had the 5 gallon jugs delivered for the first couple of years. However, those jugs became more than I could handle when I developed some back problems. So, just recently, I switched to an under-the-sink system. Now I have fresh filtered water right at my fingertips by just turning a knob. No more heavy jugs to store and move around. So far I am loving it!!
EVERYTHING is worth every penny! The water is great and the service is OUTSTANDING! The drivers are great!
Very courteous and helpful. Recently my husband has had medical issues, and I have a limit of what I can lift. Culligan brings in our water bottles and puts the in the closet for later use.
