Great company wonderful customer service.
Customer service very good. I just had Culligan service yesterday at my home in Milan 7/28/2026. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who did the maintenance and service but he was extremely nice and explained things in detail to me which I appreciate it.
They delivered yesterday a set up. My order was inaccurate. Hidden charges not mentioned were on the bill. I called and spoke to a woman named Karen who explained the charges. Later that day after they closed, I discovered the Hot Water lever did not work. When I called the following day the woman I spoke to named Abby was dodging and weaving offering obfuscations instead of solutions.
