I used this company for 20 plus years. Only recently, when my under sink water filtration unit was leaking, and the technician said it could not be repaired, and for the first time I ever had to have a unit replaced did I find out that this company does not honor their warranties. They replaced the unit with one of lesser quality. In addition to that, I found out that Culligan water systems are really overpriced and that their service calls are also overpriced.
