What a great company Culligan is. My family, and then I started using Culligan in 1964 and have till this day.
☆☆☆☆ I had an extremely disappointing experience with Culligan. I specifically requested that my information be removed from the account and that my services be canceled. Despite making that clear, my card was still charged because they claimed they were “waiting” on another individual’s payment information. I don’t understand why a business would continue billing someone who has already requested to be removed instead of handling the account correctly. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service
Purchased a water softener and reverse osmosis (RO) several years ago and service was fine. I would purchase same filters of same quality at a much lower price than they sell. They would come and install. No problem! UNTIL today when I called and they changed policy that will not allow service to service and install filters unless I buy them from Culligan. $500!!!! No way I would ever recommend or buy Culligan again.
