Explained everything all good from your people
We were having issues with our softener so we called Culligan for service. A very nice Young Man came out to service it and we were pleased until we discovered our water was not soft. We called Culligan again and this time they sent a service guy out that threw his co worker under the bus, had a bad attitude and no manners. We called Culligan to speak to the Service Manager to be told he wasn't available but the Young Lady took down our complaint and said she would have him call us back.
