I called to report an issue with my RO system and was promptly scheduled an appointment. Brent, the tech, arrived within timeframe given. He was polite, professional, and very thorough. He took time to explain the issues he repaired or replaced, ran a test of my water quality, and gave me confidence that my water quality and RO system are working at top efficiency.
