I'm a weekly customer. While I appreciate Culligan and their customer service, I don't understand why the water jugs are always dirty. I have mentioned it to the employees so many times, and have only been made to feel like a bother every time I bring it up. I put the culligan jug on my countertop, and it's not only inconvenient when the outside of the new jug is filthy, but it's also questionable as to if the jug has been properly cleaned before refilling to resell to the public. Culligan always takes good care of us, keeps our softener running great and our drinking water safe and clean!
I have been with Culligan for over 30 years. They are amazing. I have several drivers over the past few years. Brian, Zeb and now Eddie. I could ask for better. The kindness they have shown me over the years is no5hing more than remarkable. Thank you all so much.
