This Culligan dealer installed my softener and water purification system in 2024. The installer made a mistake in the process resulting in a tremendous amount of resin getting into my system. My Culligan softener has generally been worry free. When a problem did come up Shane did a great job of quickly diagnosing the issue and resolving it. He showed me the root of the problem and answered the questions that I had. He provided great service.

The water delivery service is the best I’ve ever had. The water is always crystal clear, tastes amazing, and I’ve never had a single issue with the quality. The delivery service is also so convenient. The driver comes each month, I open the garage, and he takes care of everything without me having to stop what I’m doing. He unloads the water, puts everything where it needs to go, and is always dependable and professional. I’ve also never had an issue with billing or customer service. Everything has been easy and hassle-fre... read more
