Absolutely incredible customer service. Also, when they deliver the salt, they bring it down to the basement and put it in the tank for me.
Have a 22-year-old osmosis and water softener system's both Culligan installed. Have used Culligan annual maintenance for osmosis and softener for the 22 years great service. I like the maintenance records Culligan keeps on osmosis system to track when filters need to be changed and annual checks of water softener performance (normally check during annual osmosis maintenance). I also like the salt home delivery and price that was one of the attractions during purchase decision to go with Culligan. We are the original owners ... read more
Never had any issues with the company. The person who comes out to service has always been polite and helpful. Whomever answers the phone has a nasty, terrible attitude. You don’t leave customers voicemails and then when they contact you back, you get upset. Then you’re placing customers on hold for 30 minutes, hoping they hang up. Don’t leave urgent voicemails for customers if you don’t want them to call you back.
