Andrew is extremely unprofessional over the phone. He won't let you speak on the phone, especially when he asks you a direct question and doesn't like your response. He started the phone conversation "annoyed" because he "had to go through my AI call screening." If something like that annoyed you, how do you think someone feels when he doesn't return phone calls or responds to emails. We love our culligan systems. The water stays so clean and we get to reap so many benefits. The water softening allows us to keep our skin and hair extremely clean, and is spastically great for managing any skin conditions (psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, etc.) Our dogs are very particular about water since switching to Culligan RO system years ago. Best decision ever. Our service guy, Brian, is amazing. He’s extremely professional and we trust him in our home
