Always very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Great service all around.
Terrible product. Have had to service it 4 times in 4 months, as well as replace the entire under the sink unit, which stopped working AGAIN after 2 days. This is unacceptable for any product, let alone for a $4000 one!!! Will report to BBB if this happens again
Very bad experience with this company. Instead, I recommend reverse osmosis systems sold on Amazon — they are more efficient and much more affordable. I bought a house that already had their tanks installed, so I called to ask about their service. They told me it would be $150/month. It seemed expensive, but I assumed we needed water treatment.
