We rented Culligan s Water softener system Iron Plus. Of the five months we had the system we had 7 service calls to care for the system. After five months we continued to have dirty foul smelling water. We demanded our money back for a system that never worked. I have yet to see this refund. The manager wouldn t even answer if he would let his kids drink or bath in this water. Visit their facebook page and see a video showing the Culligan tech saying their system didn t work. Yet I see no refund. Stay away from Culligan.
