I had a problem on my private water system I reached out for insight and solutions Drove to them with the top part of system As soon as I walked through the door problem solved $20 bucks for part and things are great Special thanks to the staff Everyone was polite, funny and all around fantastic
Rented water softener equipment and paid for service of salt and Minerals for 3 years . Water always rusty, service man only drop off salt and does not service it. Now broke completely for four months with multiple excuses , they will not replace our equipment. Manager seems to have a hands off approach and has made us deal with his technicians. We have had no choice but to cancel service after dealing with the unprofessional staff.
Our delivery driver was awesome and we love the water however the office is apparently not run well. We have had several missed deliveries due to not being informed about delivery day changes. After 3 months of this we have sadly canceled our service. Very disappointed.
Excellent service and very friendly staff
Just realizing I had not left them a review yet....my oversight. From setting up service to following through with deliveries...service has been top notch. Office staff helpful with whatever you need. Driver has been reliable and helpful. I can absolutely recommend them to handle water service.
