We have been using Culligan for about a year now and we always receive friendly service. We pick up our water and thankfully they load the car for me !
Previously a four star place. The quality and care have gone done significantly. I've added pictures of our last delivery. Completely unsat! If you think I'm here to pay you money, and then cleanup after you like you're my children, you are wrong. Now, let's also address our original water plan. I asked about sediment filtration, and the consultant said "no, no need for that. The owner was rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't do business with that guy.
I had a problem on my private water system I reached out for insight and solutions Drove to them with the top part of system As soon as I walked through the door problem solved $20 bucks for part and things are great Special thanks to the staff Everyone was polite, funny and all around fantastic
Rented water softener equipment and paid for service of salt and Minerals for 3 years . Water always rusty, service man only drop off salt and does not service it. Now broke completely for four months with multiple excuses , they will not replace our equipment. Manager seems to have a hands off approach and has made us deal with his technicians. We have had no choice but to cancel service after dealing with the unprofessional staff.
