OVERPRICED AND DISHONEST!!! You can buy their products online and install yourself for thousands less. Literally. Had to have "more experienced" tech come back to house-missing a second afternoon of work-to fix first techs mistakes (who was supposed to be their senior tech having been there a whole year). Had to install the electric portion of the job myself due to inexperienced tech doing the install. Terrible terrible service and fraulent billing If if you use Culligan, please check your bill and service to make sure you are actually receiving service. I just found out that they have been billing myself and many neighbors we know for over a year and never providing service. I spoke to Steve the manager there who was rude and offered no help whatsoever. I suggest you call and if you are paying by credit card just charge it back
This Company has done a great job servicing our company for many years. The quality of products, quick response is great. Having your products has been a great benefit to our employees. THANKS
Called them twice, set up appointments twice, and they did not show up twice. Just called another business and will now give them a try. Absolutely not worth the frustration.
