Jerry Gaston was great and answered all of my questions. Doug Spivey sold us the system we use and Jerry checked it out later. The Culligan system is highly recommended by us! We love it!
Jerry Gaston just left my house after doing a follow up on our water softener installation. Jerry was thourough and answered all my questions and walked me through the basics of how the softner controls work as i had forgotten a few details since install. Thank you Jerry!
Jerry Gaston came out to do our water recheck after our new install. He was fantastic! He tested our water, went over the system information again and answered all of my questions. We are very happy with our service that we have received from Denison Culligan. Also, Doug Spivey was great at showing and explaining to us why and what we needed in a water system. He is the reason we decided to go with a Culligan.
Edited to say: Brittany (from Denison Culligan) reached out and took care of everything. Y’all, she’s a one woman powerhouse! All my questions were answered and she was able to get everything straightened out. Jerry G. stopped by not long after to look over my system and make sure any other questions I had were answered. We used Sparklets for years and they suddenly got terrible. Switched to Culligan and Chad in Dennison has been AWESOME He texts day before and communicates great! Plus our dogs love him.
