My system was not performing correctly. The service person came, disassembled the malfunctioning part, and reassembled it to perfection. Everything is as it should be. I'm pleased.
As far as selling us their system all smooth. Now when they’re supposed to check and refill the salt. No luck, can’t get anyone on the phone or email. I am very unhappy.

Chaz was very knowledgeable, replumbing the equipment that was interfering with our garage doorway and explaining Culligan services.
