Absolutely horrible!! They'll come out and do all the testing, promising the world in a way. System gets set up, you think everything is good to go, and then.... nothing. I pay for premium service, no one comes out to service the system. Call the office and get ' oh sorry, we didn't put you down on the service schedule'... Wait what!? Was set up for automatic payments, then I get a bill for close to $500. Call the office. ' oh sorry, we changed our billing system and you didnt get moved over'... My system was not performing correctly. The service person came, disassembled the malfunctioning part, and reassembled it to perfection. Everything is as it should be. I'm pleased.
As far as selling us their system all smooth. Now when they’re supposed to check and refill the salt. No luck, can’t get anyone on the phone or email. I am very unhappy.
