Chaz was very knowledgeable, replumbing the equipment that was interfering with our garage doorway and explaining Culligan services.
I’ve been dealing with Culligan of Chico for over two years now, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. Every time they come out, they only perform a temporary fix, and I find myself right back at square one with the same ongoing issues. Despite multiple visits, the problems never seem to get resolved permanently. Additionally, I was told that my current system had been discontinued and that they would be installing a new one. I have nothing nice to say about Culligan Chico. They have very poor service, their equipment is chronically faulty and they do not respond to requests to fix it. When approached for the purpose of remedy, they are dishonest and insulting. Very low class group of people. I would make a good guess that any positive reviews for them are not done with integrity.
