We purchased a system from Culligan that the company installed and advised on salt deliveries. This was miscalculated and adjusted but still struggle to get appropriate amounts of salt delivered. When I contacted them because the system was out of salt I was told we shouldn’t be and they can’t get us more for more than 14 Days. I just purchased a home several months ago and the previous owner had service with this company; I only know this because a bill keeps arriving every month. I called today to let them know that I purchased the home recently and that the people that the bill was for no longer owned the property.
