We purchased a system from Culligan that the company installed and advised on salt deliveries. This was miscalculated and adjusted but still struggle to get appropriate amounts of salt delivered. When I contacted them because the system was out of salt I was told we shouldn’t be and they can’t get us more for more than 14 Days. I just purchased a home several months ago and the previous owner had service with this company; I only know this because a bill keeps arriving every month. I called today to let them know that I purchased the home recently and that the people that the bill was for no longer owned the property. Arrived on day scheduled, carried our salt bags to the basement and was very professional and kind. Have had them for years and have never had a problem.

When will my bottles be picked up please? They didn’t do so on my pick up on 19th. I’ve been leaving them outside as you said the driver would pick them up. Also would you please confirm the bottle drop off at my garage moving forward? (It will also be much easier for the driver than where they left last week) I’ve left 3 messages with no return on this now so greatly appreciate a reply. Thanks!
