Had them come out to check out our softener because it wasn't working. The kid came and said it's all fixed, never did anything. Then a water guy came and tested our water and said we need a new softener, well I paid $150.00 for nothing. Took it apart myself, the salt was all plugged at the bottom of the tank. I cleaned it out and works great. Wouldn't recommend there service at all.
