We have tried to have water delivery with Culligan for months. Every month I have to call and ask where my water is. Sometimes they don’t even show up. Most of the time when they do show up I get a random amount of cases. Tried to order a water cooler for my office and was delivery would be today. Called around noon because no one had showed yet. Normally I would give this place five Stars. That is based on delivery driver that I normally have. Since my normal driver is sick the replacement driver did not stop at my house yesterday. So I had to take my bottles to the office and exchange them myself. Which is no big deal. However, normally when I walk into any building and address an employee I always say good morning how are you. Obviously the person today didn't like hearing that in her reply was what do you need.
