Had to fight them to get credit back into my account. Recently, they delivered a broken 5 gallon jug to us and when I called the representative just brush me off and said he’ll credit my account for that one bottle. Tell me why our bill is higher? Huge regret. I paid 3 grand for a new water softener tank and to have reverse osmosis installed. After having a technician out to my house today, I learned that the reverse osmosis has never worked since being installed almost a year ago. The technician, Rick, that came today sprayed water all over the storage shelves and everything on them in our basement and our exposed wood ceiling and didn't even attempt to clean it up.
