Staff are nice it you can ever get a hold of someone, promised to receive a delivery schedule, did not. Everytime I try to contact anyone, it's a bunch of recordings and eventually after waiting for someone to assist I'm redirected to an answering machine. "Your calls important to us" in the recording, what a joke. Would not recommend. Next contact will be to cancel delivery and use another company.
Our area has a lot of iron in our water, without the Culligan System we had a deep redish color to our water, with the balance of treatment we never have rusty water or the metal taste, with yearly maitance we enjoy clean safe water for laundry , cooking, and drinking.
