Not happy with the service so far. I had Chad come out on Friday and I was disappointed because he did not install the RO properly and left the hot water off. No one was able to come to my home on Saturday. Then I did not receive a call to tell me what time they would be coming on Tuesday. I had Culligan in Peoria and had nice customer service and no contract to sign. I have been using Tarven Culligan since 2009. They have been an outstanding company to work with. Staff is very knowledgeable and their service is top notch. Would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work!
