I LOVED working with such a professional company! I bought my water treatment system and they installed the next DAY! I have not had any problems since! Of course my Mom and Dad have had their Culligan softener for 20 years and have never had any problems! AND the same guy that installed theirs that long ago installed my system as well! Go Culligan Man! you are the MAN!

Very happy with the product and service; they did screw up billing a couple of times, which was annoying, but overall were satisfied.
This is not the place to get your water from. They are unwilling to commit to a specific day for service. The deliveries show up at random times, often leaving us with empty bottles for months until wed drive out to return them. We complained about the sporadic drops several times and were told there was nothing they could do about that. When we finally stopped service and wanted to collect our bottle deposit we were told wed get it in about 12 weeks from corporate.
