Neal is a fantastic guy—easy to work with, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Initially, I was working with another roofing company, but they ran into issues when the insurance company only approved half of the roof. Neal stepped in and managed to work with the insurance company to get the entire roof replaced. It was a hassle, but I can't imagine how things would have turned out without Neal and Culler Roofing's involvement. THANKS!
