RecommendedWanted to send a huge thank you to the awesome delivery team. My husband purchased a grill that needed to be carried to the backyard deck. Without complaint they carefully got the grill down a hillside then up the flight of stairs onto the deck. They were polite and courteous. So appreciated! Also, the new grill is amazing;)
Did not receive service after the sale. I had to have the factory warranty my equipment because they would not.
With this quarantine I NEEDED to finish the living room look once and for all 😎 LOOK...they even have plug ins 🎉 no more extension cords that we were all tripping over. (I will miss those laughs 😂) #socialdistance It took 9 minutes from walk in to walk out!!
Very welcoming and the salesman had all the patience in the world as well as knowledge to help us pick out our new adjustable bed.
Was a great experience!! The boys were very informative. One was singing to my 60's station and dancing! Told jokes. And got the Stove and Microwave in!! Awesome!!!
I can’t express the great customer service! Very professional Mike was very kind to me the store manager I definitely recommend this store to anybody who is having issues whether it’s with the washer dryer dishwasher great customer service which is a huge plus for anyone!
When I talked to Bonnie a week or so ago about my inoperative Fisher Paykel washing machine originally purchased from the now defunct Cullen's in Morris, she offered to give my number to Keith and have him call me. He did so and was VERY helpful and gracious with his time to help me diagnose my problem. Rick at Cullen's went above and beyond to help us! Our refrigerator broke on a Friday and we had a new refrigerator in our kitchen on Saturday before noon! Thanks Cullen's!!
