The day after a big storm last week causing power outages I got to witness some of Mr. Whites training style and it made me really happy seeing someone teaching on the job in the field by an owner that still climbs into the attic and carry's tools. This was an ordinary, run of the mill AC repair, except that seeing that mentorship made the experience extraordinary.
