Cullen was excellent in assisting us finding our new home in Villa hills. Once we found a home, he was super detailed in making sure everything with the property was perfectly ready for move-in and caught things I would have never seen. He goes above and beyond!
Great tips to prepare home for sale. Shared his perspective on our decor choices, including where changes would make our home more appealing in todays market. Also helped us decide which repairs were needed and which maintenance items could be deferred. Kept us in the loop via text, email and phone, even though we could see the activity on the App provided. Negotiated with buyers agent respectfully, but firmly when needed. Overall a great job.
